We sponsor 6 kennels per year at the dogs home, we also sponsor 5 rescue horses with Brightside Farm Sanctuary and donate generously monetary wise yearly as well as donate vans of food for their rescue animals and free vet pet transport. We also do this for Small Paws Animal Rescue and the Hobart Cat Rescue. We raised over $12,000 alone in fund raisers last year on top of what we donate ourselves for a few animal charities.

We wish to continue our work with humans and animals through our business in the future. We believe that if we can help in any way we will. We only have one lifetime to be kind. I want to leave a kind footprint behind. I also teach my children to carry on the compassion for our community and animals. One of the things I am proud of is my son wrote me a mother’s day card and thanked me for teaching him to love and care for people and animals. I was so proud that this was important to him.

I am also very proud to be recognised for my work with animals during the bush fires in Dunalley by receiving an award.

I have also just finished volunteering and helping in the 2019 bush fires at the Huonville PCYC evacuation centre. We helped with setting up and bringing crates, buying bowls, food and organising donations, and transporting pets out of the affected areas.
